    My desktop completely froze without any error message, then is unable to turn back on. Very bad.

      Did you try... turning off the PSU, unplugging, plugging back in...? Do you have system speaker in, and, if so, is it making any beep codes?

      I think resistors or something is jacked in my PSU, I usually have to leave it unplugged for about 30 mins before it comes back on. I used a PSU tester and seem to be getting way too much voltage.
