    *Beth sees the note flapping from under the Archdiamond door and takes it into her hands, scanning over it briefly.* "Change.." *Beth ponders the word for a few seconds before looking back down at the note, crumpling it up and throwing it away before walking on into the Square* "Must be lunatics on the rampage again.."

    Beth takes the note into her hands looking down at the flier. "Festival eh? This sounds rather interesting. I think maybe I will attend if I get the time, bring some friends with me as well." Beth grins. She walks away, folding the flier up and going to tell some others of this grand opening.

I hope she'll be alright, she was the girl who gave out flowers I think. Nice girl, very pretty. Two people are paying for the ransom, she'll be out and fine in no time, I hope.. If anything happens to that girl I hope it will haunt the kidnapper for the rest of his miserable life."
