Sections I - Property Sales II - Investments III - Hiring a broker IV - Investors Insurance Options V - Job Applications VI - Current Staff Members Section I - Property Sales Property Sales have yet to begin. The Seven Suns Trading & Co staff wish to find places to sell real estate. Send a bird to Jakob Sun if interested. Section II - Investments Seven Suns Trading & co is unique and innovative due to its investment options. If a company owner wishes to be on the investment market, they may contact Jakob Sun or a verified staff member. Investments will work by the investor purchasing a number of share(s) from a company. As the company grows and the demands for shares of the company grows, the investor will be able to sell it for more. For one to invest, they must go to the de SST&C headquarters. There will be a trade fee of 5% of the investment. All investments are held by Jakob Sun, the founder of SST&C and will be kept safe. Section III - Hiring a Broker SST&C offers the option of hiring a broker if one needs help with deciding what companies to invest in. Brokers can be a big help on deciding what companies are wise in investing in for your ideas. Every broker goes through rigorous training and is required to score an 85% or higher on a test given by the company to test one’s skill. Section IV - Investors Insurance Options SST&C also offers investors insurance if an unforeseen circumstance occurred to a company, such as robbery, being charged for fraud, theft, and other crimes, of the likes. Insurance only applies on investments of 3000 minas or higher and are only valid if the investor purchased insurance before said unforeseen circumstance occurred. Investors insurance costs an additional fee of 10% of the initial investment. Section V - Job Applications SST&C is currently looking to expand into other fields of work such as selling arms and armour, along with other items. If you specialize in one of these areas or could be useful as a broker, fill out the according application. The grip is long and fairly normal. It has a yellow part made of fabric to make gipping easier. It's connected to the tang with a gold circle and the guard is silver with gold designs.
