I’m not gonna argue much more about this if your points are removing eagles and laurels if this isn’t accepted either. Bands of sticks aren’t used to teach children anything, my mother managed her own daycare business for years in our home and I’ve seen countless infant and toddler educating and stimulating shows/movies and none had that lol
still dozens of other opportunities to show power in strength than with a symbol once notoriously used by fascists
your comparison to eagles and laurels is the equivalent to wanting to ban everyone for riding horses because a few bad people did in the past. The Nazi’s had a specific symbol of the eagle in use, just as the Italian fascists had a specific symbol of a bundle of sticks in use. Key word specific, I’m on my phone and not gonna deal with forum formatting emphasis on mobile
I acknowledge that the fasces once was meant to symbolize something less evil, but I also acknowledge it was used for evil. Seems like a lot of others on this status do too

Refer to the many other comments talking about how a symbol like that could be tainted by a pretty large (and devastating) historical event that still effects us today - and is being used offensively in the present by white supremacist groups.
I wouldn't describe it being used by just by a tiny minority of people, don't play that down. It's not as drastically known as the swastika from the Nazi Party, but it's still got a strong bond with symbols of hate in WWII - despite modern, less controversial uses (which I don't even agree with personally. We still got statues of confederate "heroes" in the southern United States. Don't use America as a perfect example of being saints.)
I'm not calling Acre facists, I'm calling them out on very poor choice of symbolism as well as the poor argument of ignorance to the controversy to the fasces.
They could have very easily made up a new symbol on their own to show off the strength of numbers, literally dozens upon dozens of original ideas. Apples in a basket, bricks to a house, stones for a mountain, rain in a storm, ect, ect.
Whenever I consider history to influence or inspire my writing/roleplay, I try to think of the context of history of whatever I'm looking at. Was it something offensive and hateful in recent history? Hmm, maybe I don't use that aspect for my group...

Given how I've heard rumors how the poster was banned in the past for similar reasons of offensive symbols (something about using the numbers 1488) on the server, and how the fasces are also used by white supremacists today during protests - I don't think it should be dismissed so easily and permitted on the server.
I don't care about any of the players,I hardly know any of them personally, you can just imagine my surprise to see a lone symbol I (amongst many others) associate with facism being used so openly on the forums for an RP group

By banning Jolt and deleting his thread ya'll kinda proved his point. You could of had a conversation with him or tried to remedy his grievances but no, let's just swing the ban hammer.

Considering the post is locked, I'm not sure where to say it, but if twi did such things, I would definitely pull her ears If things and I could trust your 'words' on this but you know better than I do that the voices spread across this server are overly dramatic from time to time, especially coming from unnamed groups. I had my experience with twis and disagreements(a lot of them) but I can't believe outright someone's say without any proofs being shown.
Could you please explain why the moderator wasn't warned about this situation and allowed the small group of admins to handle it? Why the many other groups can continue to do their ooc shenanigans and don't tell me guys you don't have any proofs cause It can be seen from miles away by anyone.
