I feel Solution A is a good choice but at the same time I would hate for all the builds that multiple people make and grind out resources for go to waste. I know that I spent alot of time grinding resources to build some of the biggest structures on the map and it would be a shame if all that hard work was deleted. Now if that was the case there are several aspiring nations on Ceru and Asul that have builds in which their groups still rp in. they arent inactive completely and it would crush some players if there wasnt any compensation for their groups to just up and leave and have practically nothing on tahn or no real area to set up for themselves. there is a ton of land on tahn that isnt even usable and doesnt meet the citeria for certain groups. And places that do meet the citeria for groups are already claimed with no real stucture/ group on them rping. Some questions now: If we did move to a temp map what, if any, things such as profession levels, mina, items would be brought with? I feel that mina should be brought over and profession levels be brought over. however the mina would be used as a fee to retain land for your group/nation/aspiring nation. For example if leadership of one group has 100k mina before the change they should be able to at least purchase land big enough to make a capital for their nation to start the rp off in. Then as resources are gathered they are traded in for land else where to add settlements for said group. Now spiraling off the mina transfer, if we would to go into 6.0 I feel that the same idea would be a good one so that players arent super rich when they start off on the map, yes they should be able to devote that mina to land and proper resources to get things built to start active rp. Not like how things were when 5.0 started with the pre-builds and the op of extremely high prices for resources, which allowed for the rich players to get richer and not allow smaller groups any way to build up. also if we do switched to a new map, I feel that players who took the time to grind up their professions to were they are at now should be able to get a little compensation rather than starting from mid tier ranks. for example miners have hard time leveling up compared to lumberjack. you have to mine so much of one resource to get a lot of levels to increase your rank where chopping trees certain wood gives you more xp to level up faster. Yes nether quartz gives alot of xp when mining but at the same time it's one of the more dangerous things to mine for, for the chance of dieing in lava. Were chopping trees has very little chance of death. Silent_Slayer asked this already about pre builds if its possible and stuff relating to it but here is another idea to add to it like the mina idea i have above. If your nation is allowed a prebuild it should be built based on the mina that you have before the end of the map, but not just one person holding all the mina, like each nation is allowed to have 2-3 players holding mina for the nation so that not one person holds it all. Workforce Incentive The Workforce of Fenn will be a well oiled machine. The Snow Elves know how to treat their workers with respect and thus will receive compensation for the hard work they put forth to the Princedom of Fenn. If anyone wishes to participate, they will be paid based on what they provide for the Princedom. Below is a list of the requirements for each skill in order to be paid. You must have your citizen passport before receiving any pay. Profession: Miner: To have access to the mine and continually can use it, all that is asked is that you put up 3 stacks of iron and 1 stack of gold per elven week (aka per week). You will be paid a set price of 100 mina per week, (On every Sunday night at 7 pm cst), if you present Lord Ailduin with your 3 stacks of iron and 1 stack of gold. Anything else you receive whilst mining is fair game for you to sell or donate towards the Princedom of Fenn Lumberjack: As of current we do not have a tree farm. However, all that is asked of you is that there is always 2 double chests full of logs to supply for other needs. Also all of the special branches are required in order to create good weapons. After all of that you can sell or keep your items. Farmer: Please supply the Princedom with all the crops you can and you will be paid at a base rate of 75 mina per elven week for 30 stacks of Hay Bales. Producing Sugar Cane to make books for Enchanters is also in your job description. Enchanter: Please provide Protection and Sharpness for the armory. Also if any Snow Elf asks for a specific enchant you can charge them for such enchant but at a reasonable price. Please see Lord Steward Ailduin when approached to make such enchant to ask about a selling price. Also all resources regarding Lapis, gold, and emeralds will be supplied to you so that you will not need to get it yourself. Alchemy: Please provide Alchemist Fire, Stone Skins, and any other potion that is useful in times of war, once again paid for such in bulk at a reasonable price. All other brews you can sell at your own desire. Woodworker: Capable to supply the Armory in times of war with proper amounts of Bows and arrows. Also able to help make decorative items when needed. Sitting amongst himself in his observatory thinking, devising, wishing, Ailduin rests unsure why his messages have reached deafened ears. However some have answered the call but not as many as he remembered from his youth. Surely not all have been wiped out by the attack to his folk early in their time on Axios. As they marched away from the rubble that once was a great palace in the Northwestern Mountains of Ceru, Ailduin certainly counted several hundred of his brothers at arms. They must have marched farther than some to not get the message. He sits alone in the hawkish dome atop his home wondering what then he must do. He proceeds to sit until the bright light of dawn brushes against his eyes. "When will they come? When will they see that we are safe once again?" He questions the brisk frigid air. "Alas I must go," He states as the idea of his own words spread across the land must be the only way to attract his stock to come to their home. "Perhaps the word of the Citadel was toned out by the sheer frigidness of the mountains themselves?" He states to himself as he proceeds to rise from the bench. "I must leave at once to spread the word of the great Citadel, to bring not only my kin but also new folk to this marvelous home." well if its removed whhy not also remove all the other "useless" skills that are in the game, like stonemason, lumberjack, farming, woodworking ect

if mining as a profession is removed then why wasnt it mentioned in the removal list???? i just looked at the skill list and its not even there and all the exp that you had there is all gone..... to be honest im pissed if it got removed................ ******* pissed if it was mainly because i took pride in my level in that profession since it was the best profession for me only being available late at night when no rp is really going on

did exp get nerfed in mining? i mined almost 50 or so blocks and my exp countdown didnt move once or was mining removed completly from a profession?

What would be cool in my eyes would be doing your capture timer but doing it more than once a day. some people cant get on at certain times due to school or work and it would be cool if, for example you would have a capture point timer in the morning around like 11 am est, one in the afternoon or early evening at like 5pm est and on late at night like at 11 pm est. And to sucure the point for the day you would have to win 2 of the 3 battles times to secure the point for the day. that way everyone would be able to get a chance to participate in the warzone. and people wouldnt have to be there at a specific time and only that time. like for example again, Europeans and americans not having to stretch their sleep schedules just to be at the warzone for 15-20 mins each day. i get it that not alot of people are on early in the morning or late at night but this gives the people who are on a chance to enjoy the warzone when they generally cant. I for one can say that i dont get to enjoy warzones or war claims for that matter because i have to juggle working fulltime. i do enjoy the server and would love to partake in the warzone/warclaims but never am available to do such since i work from early afternoon to close to late at night. i can only get on at a certain time of the day, which makes it hard for me to actually participate in the fun times of a warzone/warclaim.

What is interesting enough is that i was planning on watching all the star wars again just because i just recently saw rogue one. but now i will do it with the knowledge that one of the greats in the movie has passed on. so thus i will watch them all to pay tribute towards Carrie Fisher
