What sex are they?: Male

 

How old are they?:  He claims to be in his early forties, but looks like he could be a little older. 

 

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): Imatul keeps his younger years relatively quiet, and as a result few know about his past or his origins. Judging from his skin tone and facial structure, he was born a northerner; however, some of his inflection in speech has distinct southern influences.   

 

He entered into public life on the 26th of The First Seed, 1438, arriving into Kaldonia an ambitious and young man, brimming with vigour. Having disembarked from a mercantile caravan, he set about learning the city and its people. He established a small business identifying and cataloguing precious minerals and gems, becoming a figure in some mineralogical circles in the city. His work lead to established identification rules for four separate species of emerald, and in this regard is most notable for the development of striation pattern recognition techniques. However, the life of a mineralogist was not one that would keep a grip on Imatul for long. Nearly four years later, on the 2nd of The First Seed, 1442, Imatul would sell his business to competitors, and adopt a new profession: archaeology.

 

The exploration of the secrets buried by the earth had indeed been Imatul's muse all along, and he found much satisfaction in small operations around Anthos, recovering minor historical artifacts. Though he has not found much fame, and in recent time his funds have grown slim, he is confident that he will be able to make new discoveries. 

 

What are they like (personality)?: Imatul is reserved, curious, and driven. He has an eye for profit, but also knowledge. He has the ability to be a leader, but is reluctant to do so, preferring to keep to work on his own, or with a small loyal group.

 

What are their ambitions?: Imatul desires nothing more than knowledge (and maybe adventure?).

 

Do they have any special skills?: As described, Imatul has talents in both mineralogy and archaeology. 

 

What are their weaknesses?:  Imatul is not a talented fighter, or orator. 

 

Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: Imatul stands 5'10", has dull brown eyes, and gently tanned skin. He wears the garb of an expedition master, well-tailored but slightly cuffed where it has seen much use. His hat conceals the majority of his hair, though small red tufts sometimes peak out from under its edge. His teeth have yellowed with age, but not so much that the difference is noticeable. He has a defined jawline, and puffy cheeks. He is cleanly shaven. He fills out his clothing, but it is equal parts fat and muscle.
