How did you hear about us?: - My brother told me I should apply.

What do you think the server will be like? -  I think it will be a good roleplaying experience.

Have you read and agreed to the rules?: -  Yes.

What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: -  I agree with the one that says that you should have lore-friendly, realistic skins.

What is roleplaying?: -  Roleplaying is taking on another person’s role, personality and traits within a specific setting.

 

What’s metagaming?: - Metagaming is using out of character information in character.

 

What’s powergaming?: -  It’s pretty much not giving the other player a fair chance to respond I.E. Bob: “Hi Jim” Jim: * Stabs Bob in the head killing Bob instantly*

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

 

What’s your character called?: - Grumbar Ironback

 

What race are they (and sub-race)?: - Cave Dwarf

 

What sex are they?: - He is male.

 

How old are they?: -  124 Years (17 seasons)

 

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - He grew up a very surprisingly normal life in the city of Kal’Karik. He ate when hungry (Which was most of the time), practised fighting when bored (Which he was never very enthusiastic about it except when he was drunk.) His uncle Fargar was a miner, who said that Grumbar was a good miner who was very lucky when mining. He made his living by mining. When the boats left for Anthos he was one of the first to get on as he was eager on mining a new land with new caves to explore. He took his trusty pickaxe with him which he lost when he dropped it off the edge of the boat to Anthos. So when he arrived he was quite annoyed and mined in solitude with a new pickaxe which could never match his old one.

 

What are they like (personality)?: -  He is grumpy to most strangers, but once he knows someone he is warm and caring. He is very protective of his loved ones.

 

What are their ambitions?: - His ambitions are to be the very best miner in the entire land, and find someone to make a pickaxe worthy of his ambitions.

 

Do they have any special skills?: -  He is quite a good miner, as said in the bio.

 

What are their weaknesses?: -  He isn’t a good fighter unless he’s drunk, which isn’t helped by his short temper and protectiveness. He also keeps most valuable because he doesn’t want to become a rich “snob”.

 

Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - He has blue eyes, a dirty beard and untidy brow hair. He usually wears some old tattered clothes as he is quite poor, because he keeps most of his precious things to himself.

 

Anything else you want to say about them?: -  If he sees that anyone is clearly too poor he will donate something to them. But only if he knows very well.

Sadly, I have decided to deny this application for the following reason(s):

 

Like KoTo, I agree that your biography is short and could use a lot more effort, please include more information on his family, childhood, friends, etc. Currently it only tells of some things he did and how he got to Anthos, doesn't really tell much about your character. Also, KoTo said that the being a better fighter whilst drunk is not plausible which I also agree with, you should either change it or just remove it completely (maybe he gets more enthusiastic when drunk?).
