How old are you?: - 18

What time-zone do you live in?: - GMT+1 (Sweden, so GMT+2 on summers) 

Have you ever roleplayed before - if you have, how?: - I have! But nowhere near this serious, or in minecraft at all for that matter. it was also quite a few years ago. 

Have you been on any other roleplaying servers?: - No I have not, as said above.

Have you applied to this server before?(Please link past applications): - I have, once. but to be honest I can't even recognize what I've typed. I would never type like this now, I feel kinda bad over my old application.

How did you hear about us?: - From a friend! AsafPoz ingame I believe.

What do you think the server will be like? - I think it will be lovely! Why else would my friend stay hehe! Also I was on it a bit last time around, very friendly community! 

Have you read and agreed to the rules?: - Yes! 

What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: - I think this one is very important, especially to my self. I've had many minecraft server, and been in staff position on even more. I constantly have to think about this very rule myself.

Definitions

This is simply so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not another website / person's!

What is roleplaying?: - Roleplaying to me is when you step out of the real world, and into a completely new personality. the base may be there, but you are no longer playing yourself! You may now be a Dwarf, a demon or why not a oversized bat? With this often comes different ways to talk, to write and to act. You often change how you look, like outfits. (or in my case change your minecraft skin hehe)

What’s metagaming?: - Meta-gaming is using OOC (Out-Of-Character) information that you weren't supposed to know IC (In-Character). For example, John was walking through Malinor forests when his friend, Dan, called him on Skype and told him that he's being attacked by bandits. Now John's character magically knows Dan's location, the amount of bandits, etc.

What’s powergaming?: - Power gaming is doing actions excessively, or doing impossible actions in a way that doesn't let the opponent respond back. For example, Chris was walking with another random person near the Cloud Temple, when all of a sudden Chris takes out a 2-ton hammer and hits the random person with it for a few minutes. He then slices his hands and legs so he wouldn't be able to move.

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

What’s your character called?: -  Elazar Locien

What race are they (and sub-race)?: -  Dwarven (sub-race: Forest Dwarves)

What sex are they?: - Male

How old are they?: - 22

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - Elazar Locien comes from a dark past, now being a lone wanderer having left his criminal (and drunken) dad Elizir Locien at the age of 16. Elazar Locien yet remains in the city of Kal'Azgoth after leaving his father at a young age. Shortly after leaving his father he met the mercenary Scar, a nickname wich Elazar gave him since Scar didn't have any name, or so he said refusing to tell it. he had this rich feeling around him, like if he was to come from a rich family. yet he claims to have no family.  He always treated Elazar well, he also teached Elazar proper manors. and how to fight. Elazar took liking to the bow and dagger, he became very swift and agile in combat. After 6 years with Scar he was alone yet again, Scar had gone to a meeting with a "old friend" of his. and never came back, Elazar waited several weeks in the camp he and Scar had set up outside Kal'Azgoth. But he never came back. 

 

Elazar now at the age of 22 now decided to use what Scar had given him, his skills in combat. And became a local bodyguard around the area of Schattenburg.

What are they like (personality)?: - Elazar Locien is warm hearted altough he has a big ego and trust issues. He believes he can do anything himself, that he doesnt need any help. Altough yet he find friends to be a important part of his life. He has a very hard time recieving help, but he does his best to give it. 

What are their ambitions?: - Elazar Locien's big ambition is to make Kal'Azgoth a safer place, for everyone. Growing up he went through alot of hardship due to his criminal (And mostly drunken) father. He knows how it is for young children growing up under these circumstances. 

Do they have any special skills?: - Elazar Locien is very good with bow and dagger, altough he still has alot to learn. He is far from the best, but one day he wishes to be known as a great archer. He is also good with people, and trading.

What are their weaknesses?: - Mushrooms! Elazar is very allergic to mushrooms, it makes him puke for hours. Also he is not the best against people using two handed weapons in battle. 

Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - Big red hair and a thick beard. Blue eyes, altough this is hidden beneath his thick hair. Very tall for a dwarven, yet shorter than the average human.  Muscular arms and shoulders. 

Anything else you want to say about them?: - Elazar Locien wishes to see you around Kal'Azgoth!
