Yah, I was going on a track to gain magic, cozied up to some mages, learned domestic forms of magic... And then I realized that magic simply wasn't for me. It wasn't the work or the roleplay or even the people I saw who had magic that turned me away; it just wasn't for me. So my character became a full-fledged stoner and professional cowardly warrior. Magic just didn't fit him.

So, Er, I guess where I was going with that was "Don't try to learn magic if it has little to do with your character."
