[Support] Horse Disappeared, Still Claimed But Can't Tp It

So yeah, I tied up my horse outside of my tent with a lead while the stable was being build. I logged off, came back an hour later, and it was gone. Lead was still attached, but no horse. I do /horse list

I've looked around for it, can't find it. I've went to different regions and tried to TP that badboy to me. No dice. I've tried to summon the horse.

 

No dice.

 

Same thing has happened to The_Blind_Seer or whatever his username is.

Same thing happened to 3 of my horses including my donkey with items in the chests so...

its a strange glitch, idk why it happens but it does.

If you want, when I get a chance to breed again, I will get you another horse. Hopefully this glitch can be fixed.

Edit: you are welcome to use either of my stables to store your horse, I can show you to the back one.

I didn't lose a lot, and I don't even like horses. Too icey to go on. So don't worry about it, not your fault.

 

I just want the problem to be fixed, so incase I get another horse another time.

This support thread is a bit out of date - sorry about the slow reply. I believe the GM stance is no refunds on horses, but you'll have to take them up on that if your problem is still relevant.
