Change #6: The ability to lockpick and forcefully break into chests is now disallowed outside of raids and war. Lockpicking LWC (locked) chests rarely ever creates RP for individuals other than the thief and the GM overseeing the theft

 

I remember the hiest on Tuv's shop, that created some amazing RP. I am sad about this. However, there are a couple lockpicking plugins out there already that could be easily implemented. Why not implement one now?
