I personally don't think that these forums groups led to any elitism. Maybe if you casually glanced over off-topic and say the EX-GM AGAINST blah blah, and didn't really realize it was a complete joke. Meh, I guess.

 

And I've never seen even JOKING elitism in the total whatever and all those. Not even a joke 'I'm a old hat, I'm better then you.'

Though I dislike the loss of fourms groups what I REALLY dislike is locks always being locked with no way past or someone being able to keep their things safe from a professional thief. The removal of the ability to pick locked chests is annoying but doors? Really? Keep them please, for the love of everything keep them as being able to be picked.

You shouldn't be sad about it, in fact. It's a huge benefit to raid locked chests with 3 other people with 1b.

I'm fine with ALLL But the removal of forum groups. It made LOTC feel like TF2 with all the lovely hats.
