The two Shamans stand before each other, looking at each other for a moment before speaking "Ug," says Elphaba, grunting afterwards to clear her throat. Zogrocka nods "Ug Elphie," he says before he checks her head to toe "Hozh drezz, id am nize" Elphaba looks down at her dress, nodding slowly "Gug'ye bruddah," she says in reply to the Shaman's compliment. She continues, "Mi wuz grukin', wi zuld nub hayrm eadtchudur wid da zpiridz, bub azk dem vur purmizzun" Zogrocka, calmly breathes, giving off a sigh, he nods slowly "Yub, id am a hozh tew du dat," he says as he steps backwards gesturing for Elphaba to follow. Elphaba does so, staying behind Zogrocka. The two Shamans, as equals, enter the arena. They kneel parallel to each other, closing their eyes as they begin to chant simultaneously. Elphaba opens her eyes, taking a dagger out, cutting her wrist, she murmurs a few words to the spirits. Zogrocka, opens his eyes, holding his hand out as the takes the dagger, nodding to Elphaba. He cuts his wrist, whispering to the spirits. The two Shamans exit the arena, announcing their klomp will begin soon, now equal opponents. [The klomp will begin at 8:00 EST today.
