In my opinion i have trouble writing long stories in english (Because i'm finnish) so make the bio thingy moderate not too long and not too short.

I would say either bring back the ORQs or have the AT member assessing the application actually RP with the applicant. The second one is harder, but if the forums got a chat system, and the AT was willing to put in the time, it would assess the person's ability to actually RP and serve to teach them before they even get on the server. Quality assurance without writing paragraphs, and far more engaging than ORQs.

Thank you for the feedback guys, There are a lot of good ideas on here. I'm going to start drafting up what I think the app should look like and take it to the GM team. I may post it here to get more feedback before we make it official!
