A notice is posted on boards in the Conclave, Leanniel/Lenniel, Abresi and the Cloud Refuge. It reads thusly:

Willing to pay six-hundred minas for a tome or teacher of fire evocation Telekinesis. Willing to pay substantially more if such an item or person proves to be genuine. I will be checking here regularly for a reply.

 

Will also pay 300 minas for a tome on Alchemy.

The notice is unsigned.

"Unless you want to go around fighting everyone you see with fire magic and be killed because of it, find another magic which it's uses are not only focused on combat. Like earth magic, or water, telekinesis, or even just pure alchemy. Hope this helped."
