The Conclave Tax
As of next Elven week, there shall be examinations of the houses.

(Elven date: February 1st to February the 5th, 2014)

 

 

Your house will be examined by government officials, and then the tax will be decided depending on the following factors:

 

1 - The Square Footage

 

2 - Peoples living in the home

 

3 - Number of Rooms

 

4- Size of Rooms

 

5 - Business Profit

 

 

Entrance to the home will be required when doing so, we request full cooperation of all who are in the process, and assure that the inspection will be as non-invasive as possible.
 

It is again reminded that basements are expected to not exceed the dimensions of the ground floor of their establishment, in width and length, and that it may only be two stories down.

 

1 - The square footage of the property will be measured. For every 10 blocks, 50 minas will be added to the tax.

 

2- For every 2 members living on your property, 50 minas will be added to the tax.

 

3 - For every 2 rooms, 50 minas will be added to the tax.

 

4 - The square footage of each room will be taken. Every 15 blocks adds 25 minas to the tax.

 

5 - For every source of income on your property, 100 minas will be added to your tax.
