With the release of Nexus-Core, I feel it would only be fitting if some of you got a chance to test this out!

 

People with media skills will be given a free-ticket in if they can stream up a recording or let's play of this thing, I'm super excited to see videos of first-hand experiences. ;)

Otherwise, you will need to give me a brief detailing of any background experience with plugins.

You will be put in a survival world and given 10 bread and stone tools. (presumably 4.0 default spawn materials).

 

It will support a maximum of 20 people online at one time.

Yeh, I'm working on it. If you ever see that the dev server is up, feel free to hop on at any time (it'll be running 24/7). It has issues occasionally with ip binding so you can't access it, but if it is alive, you can test. :3

I'm presuming the Dev & Beta server is the same thing, and the Dev server isn't just for Devs or something?

Jokes aside, I've got some minor experience with java. Made myself a mod which was a lemon tree (that spawned apples). Hope that qualifies.

I wonder if this is reason enough to try and hook up a computer and a camera into a live switcher and record "Let's Play" style. But then I'll be at work and not in the comfort of my own home. And even worse: have to play on a MAC. Hmmm

 

EDIT: on 2nd thoughts it might be fun just to see if the workflow will work or not. I'd better request some perms anyway just to have a play.
