It depends what you mean.

If the event is to introduce some new lore, I would suppose it would need to be approved or however that works now.

Is it possible to get express permission from the ET to play a normally ET restricted character to provide some unique RP and to get a taste for what it is like to be on the event team? For example to play an earth imp or something similar.

If that is the case, you ask Firespirit or another GM -before- you play the character.

Is there anything I can do to make my idea for the Animal Event better? And if I can help run it ( As long as I can get a pet myself, since that's why I suggested it, I wanted a Wolf and couldn't find one ) ? 

Also, what's the best way I can get it accepted? I've already posted it, but only one person has commented ( Introduced some new ideas for it ) , but I really want to get it accepted, since it seems fun and rather helpful, considering the low spawn rate compared to how many players and nations need the drops the Animals give
