bungo 3965 Share Posted March 19, 2014 The First Duma of the Year 1455 The Free Sovetski of Flotsam On the 12th of The Grand Harvest 1455 the First Duma of Flotsam will be held within the Flotstad. The Duma is the first of it’s kind and will entail any and all of the Sovetski that attend. The Duma System entails a gathering of sovets living within Flotsam to come together yearly and congregate on issues within the Sovetski. The First Duma will establish a future for the Ruskan People and the People of Flotsam. It will establish the system of Governance that will be used for decades to come. It will entail the appointments of the Leaders of the State and Levy. It will congregate on any issues within the Sovetski. It will also speak on the topic of War with the Holy Order of Saint Lucien.
