((Also, not to be a party pooper, but could you alter that part in your Belief section that talks about the Ruskan Orthodoxy. Seeing as this is a guild post and you're not exactly describing it in character in the form of a pamphlet or holy book, it comes across as OOCly. The wording makes it sound like we Ruskans also believe worms to be messengers of God where in fact our belief is that the rock dove (AKA; pigeon) is. Could you edit it to make that significant or at least post this as propaganda please? Many thanks to you, and nice job on making a cult! *Cough, Cough* Ahem. Greetings to you, lucky person who has managed to find this thread! And woe betide the moderator who finds it, for he shall most likely be forced to move said thread. I shall get to my point, as I do not believe this will be a very long post. I shall open with a few excerpts from a proposal I planned to suggest to Mogroka and the leaders of the Inquisition a week or two ago before my life was overwhelmed by musicals and marching band. Here we are... Now, I have two further objectives, though they are more focused on other points I do not want to bring up at this time. My ideas are my own and I do not wish to have them spoiled. Objective four would be a major spoiler, though I shall elaborate some on number three. As I stated previously in objective two, I hope to set up the setting for this religious roleplay. Touching on objective four, there shall be two primary groups. The Inquisition (already founded of course), and the Cultists. Quite frankly, what is the point of having an Inquisition, its goal to protect the Empire and the Church, if there is nothing to protect it from? My rough draft proposal is to see the formation of a Cult to provide a good foil for these holy crusaders. I am not quite sure, however, what these Cultists shall exactly "be". Will they follow Iblees or another faith? Are they fancy sophisticates, gaining power by money and influence, or perhaps they are militant farmers, swayed to heresy by ignorance and poor treatment by cruel lords. And yes, you heard me right, I said "heresy". The focus on this group is simply "heresy". This organization shall strive to bolster it's numbers and sway men over to its cause. Of course, its "cause" is something we are not exactly sure of. This is generally why I brought the idea to you, the community. I want to see a Cult emerge in Oren to threaten the Church, Empire, maybe eventually all of Asulon! The possibilities are quite endless. I personally would be anxious to see some Warhammer style heretics moving about in the dark of Asulon's night, though everyone has their own opinion. This thread shall be used for anyone who would like to contribute to this possible organization. I do not intend to lead however. As I said, I am quite busy and I am not to savvy on Iblees following. However, I would be happy to help and I,of course, shall be helping to found the guild. Please post your opinions, ideas, and suggestions in the comments below.
