Dwedmar Library Lock-Down

Should you enter the Clergy Area in Kal'Ithrun, you would notice that the dwarven library gate is shut. A sign hangs on the gate, reading:

 

"By order of High Remembrancer Balek Irongut, The Dwedmar Library has been sealed off to protect the remaining knowledge within, after a recent robbery. Please know that The Remembrance Guild is doing everything within their capacity to ensure the

safe return of the lost books. Any and all inquiries must be directed to High Remembrancer.  We thank you for your patience and understanding."

 

Peeking through the bars, you would notice a restless dwarf rocking back and forth where he sits alone on the cold stone floor, flipping pages as he reads through the book records thoroughly.
