What is roleplaying?: - Roleplaying is taking the role of a character and interacting as this character would interact.

What’s metagaming?: - Metagaming is using out of character information while in character and roleplaying.

What’s powergaming?: - Using given items/powers or available items/powers to make the game unfair for other players.

What’s your character called?: - Hythen

What race are they (and sub-race)?: - Human.

What sex are they?: - Male.

How old are they?: - 25.

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - Hythen grew up in Kaedrin, where his father was an accomplished member of the White Rose and his mother was the daughter of a nobleman. Hythen grew up as a hunter, stalking prey in the forest which he sold at the markets later. Because Hythen's grandfather, who was a noble, was the owner of a couple of mines they never had any shortage in money, yet his father always preached Hythen and his mother to be humble. Hythen's mother usually hid the scallop shells in a ditch behind the house. Hythen lived a comfortable life that consisted of hunting, swordstraining with his father, being educated by his mother and sometimes helping out the local blacksmith. The education given by his mother raised his interest in politics, so when he was old enough he traveled to the royal court in an attempt to become an apprentice of one of them diplomats working there. He was denied, the court claiming that they already had enough diplomats to last a millenium. Hythen then looked the other way and thought to himself that maybe exploring the world and obtaining experience from what the world had to offer. Knowing that he could hunt and survive on his own, he set off to discover the undiscovered.

 

After exploring the world for some years, Hythen wound up in Vekaro, where his story now continues.

What are they like (personality)?: - He is a man with wits and humour, though when things get serious so does he.

What are their ambitions?: - He hopes to sometime achieve a political role. Untill then he tries to find honour with a sword in his arm.

Do they have any special skills?: - He is a fine warrior, and a great hunter too. He sometimes likes to swing an axe. His wits will sometimes bring him far, though when he doesn't restrain his tounge it can often get him into trouble.

What are their weaknesses?: - Fine food, women, and a berserking orc.

Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - A picture often says more than a hundred words ^^.

Anything else you want to say about them?: - Not really, no. But thank you for asking.
