[Feedback] Free-Build Map

This will be short and sweet. I am VERY impressed with the community regarding The Fringe's map itself. I have seen a complete total of 0 griefs. Going into the map, hearing it was free-build, my eyes widened. 'What a horrid idea,' I thought. Thank you for proving me wrong; rock on, my LotC friends.

I am glad some people enjoy how it looks but I cannot say I agree. Settlements are literally on top of one another and while they all look generally nice they are so squished that there is no breathing room. It's all just one big town.

While I do agree the appearance itself is lacking, I was expecting floating blocks all over and people griefing everywhere. Maybe with a few tweaks, this concept could be reused.

Actually, most of us who live in the 2 cities like it quite a bit. If one city doesn't have a lot of RP at the time, we can head to the other, and it makes us both large RP hubs.

Wasn't talking about that. That was purposeful and is a cool concept. Decky just walk through human lands and see. It used to be the hunt camp, vekaro and the high elf city. Now it is one city all around the high elven settlement.

Granted, Kitten, folks are only using about a quarter of the whole map. There is no one past the green plains area. Who knows? Maybe it is one big city, with various small cities colliding into each other to make the final product. Much like cities in the real world, like New York and Tokyo.

As much as I love free build, I think it would only work well in a smaller map than the Fringe. The Fringe is still a bit spread out in terms of RP.
