The Kal’Arkon Resolution

The contents of this passage shall serve as a standing diplomatic resolution between the Grand Kingdom of  Urguan and its diplomatically bound  allies of  the Empire of Oren

 

The nations participating in this document as signed participants will henceforth declare complete adherence to the terms, under oath of blood, soul and sentience.

 

As such, the details of the treaty will be written in the following statutes.

Statute One

That all who sign this treaty will not place military units, or any participating members of each others government or military into each others walled cities in aggression, and that they shall convene between each other through, and moderated by the respected parties.

 

Statue Two

That all who sign this treaty will not convict those citizens of each others nations, and shall henceforth form a extradition treaty relating to those who commit crimes and flee across borders. As such, both nations shall convene and respectfully choose discourse on offending parties, in sight of each others sovereignty.

 

Statute Three

That all who sign this treaty again declare themselves in a defensive pact with the aforementioned nation, and henceforth declare a permanent end to hostilities between all nations stated in this document.

 

Statute Four

That all who sign this treaty shall agree upon the fact that the Grand Kingdom of Urguan will not assist the Princedom of Fenn in defense against any upcoming acts of aggression by from the Empire of Oren.

 

Statute Five

That all who sign this treaty shall agree that any land seized by the Empire of Oren in the war on the Princedom of Fenn shall be ceded to the Grand Kingdom of Uruguan.
