Kalenz glances coldly out to the mali'aheral who may have gathered in the inn, his eyes flicking between them.

 

"Inattention and apathy are the two most potent ailments in the land, mali'aheral. They infect homes and villages... and grow into bulbous cysts which explode into all manner purulent filth when permitted. To say Mr. Sullas has lead us astray would be incorrect. But he has all but vanished, and in his absence, Haelun'or must not stand without a leader. Just as I have done in the past: I challenge he who I have often called inept and inefficient. I challenge Lucion Sullas".

 

Kalenz twitches lightly and exhales.

 

"As is our custom a debate shall be held and this challenge carried out, should Mr. Sullas dare wander back to Haelun'or proper before such is to occur. There can only be one".
