Notes are posted along the message boards, upon closer inspection, they read;
 
By order of Grand King Vortsag Grandaxe the first of his name.
 
On the 23rd of Sun's Smile, 1459
 
All able-bodied Dwarves within kingdom lands are hereby drafted into the Legion in order to defend their nation. This is needed due to the immense amount of disorganization of untrained militia dwarves. Your Kingdom needs your help lads, the warmongers have gotten their way, it is time for you to stand your ground, and battle the enemies that besiege us.
 
Terms:
 
•The draft will include a all dwarves living within kingdom lands, refusal to do so will end in the punishment of such dwarf
 
•All non-dwarves that live in Kal'Arkon are expected to fight, or pay double the taxes
 
•Any non-dwarf may sign up for the legion, and will have the same rights and regulations of a drafted member.
 
•The drafted will be expected to participate in Legion practices and defending against raiding parties.
 
•The drafted are not required to go on the offensive, that is of their own choice.
 
•All drafted are expected to march alongside the Legion to battle, however this excludes raids and skirmishes, which the drafted may have their own choice. 
 
•Armor, food and weapons will be supplied if necessary.
 
•Failure to disobey orders as a drafted legionnaire will result in the punishment of such person.
 
•Upon the ending of the war, the draft is to be dissolved immediately.
 
 
Punishment:
 
 
•Disobeying orders: forced to participate in the next offensive attack.
 
•Disobeying orders post punishment: varies between public beating with a stick or a 500 Minas fine.
 
•Burning draft papers: a 250 Minas fine and forced into being a full legionaire.
 
 
Should the drafted act appropriately, the war will end quicker and with Dwarven victory, as well as the glory.

Dwain should already be in the legion.

Hiebe cannot fight and claims hermitage in the chapels
