Redemption & Impeachment

Wandering Druid Pernux sighs, sending out the birds of truth and knowledge...

The following is sent to the Ivae’fenn and the council members, but not the Grand Prince.

Dear Snow Elves who still linger in Lindale and follow a race truly cursed with bad luck, I do press on to why you still adhere to the current leadership. Long has your ‘Grand Prince’ dragged you down into holes you could not climb out of and you felt the full wrath of him doing so. It was not your choice that Oren rightfully pillage your city, it was Tundrak. And it will continue to remain his decision unless dire consequences are carried out.

By every right you are an abominable race, however you had no say in the matter of being born into a despicable creature. The world’s view on you took a down turn and will continue to until your current leadership is thrown out and not allowed to rule in it’s office. He has caused a war and the desecration of his people and he is bound to do it again.

For what thing keeps foul words from pouring out of his mouth? For what thing restricts him from putting an entire ‘civilization’ in jeopardy? His leadership has gone grisly, and let it tumble down the mountainside so that one that is more capable can take the reigns. Furthermore, I encourage you to make wise decisions. Although the tawdry things you are, you are still a living people and have your basic rights. When Oren had declared a pillage on your city, the Urguani stood by and did nothing, breaking a defensive pact in an accusation that the Ivae’fenn were foolish. Perhaps you were, but if one is to break an oath he is nothing but treacherous.

And now your people give out their lives for them to be cannon fodder in an everlasting war. All by the decision of your ‘Grand Prince’. I urge you to do the best for your culture and eradicate this cretin before he crosses a line where even Iblees himself wouldn't accept this vile creation of a society.

Redeem yourselves.

Aerdun Elensarian receives the bird, and instantly shakes his head raising his voice so others around him in Lindale could hear him.

"You see how they talk down to us, you see how they persecute us for even living. They call us inferior. Do not forget that Oren wanted no peace- they sought only blood. They are a treacherous Empire, who only go from one war to another, they now use propoganda such as this in hopes that they can enslave us and dissect us as they have already pledged. Without the Grand Prince in the way to stop them, who will? He has saved us and sheltered us, he has been good to us all, lliri.

He pauses, then raises a finger in the air continuing.

"They talk of removing him from office, to be replaced by another, it sounds like desperation to me."

He nods thoughtfully.

"We are strong, Mali'Fenn, we are surviving in our shelters in Lindale, and are safe for now- unlike others it may seem. We grow stronger everyday, with more of our own being found and joining, in the name of Grand Prince Tundrak and the Princedom."

"We stand for something, not an Emperors gall, but for ourselves and our race."

He waves his hand over the small message.

"There is no salvation in the bosom of one who would kill our own children in our own town, our enemy who made himself such is not our friend, or never will be, lliri."

He smirks.

"I stand behind our Grand Prince, Tundrak for he has not only the right to rule, but also the bravery of ten of Orens baby killing cowards and the willpower of their tawdry Emperor four fold."

His smirk rolls up into a wide grin.

"I spit on their message to us, for it contains only lies and slander against us Mali'Fenn- do not believe their propaganda."

"I will not be an Orenian puppet, and dance to their fanatical tune like the Carrions!

"Work does not make you free!"

He looks around to the many faces.

"Praise Wyvrun, and may he protect us all against these hot-headed heathens."

Taking his message, he quickly passes it on to the Grand Prince.

"Your High-Prince," says Mythras, stepping behind the snow-elf. "Is a good man, but he is no leader. Find yourselves a leader who won't get you folks killed in the name of 'honor'."

-snip-

If one could reply, he would say the following.

"

"Are you completely and utterly insane and quite daft? I am no Orenian man, I am one without ties to any of the nations but myself. When the Empire was pushed around, you were sure to receive their wrath tenfold. You defend the actions of your leader condemning you to die by Orenian swords and you will continue to defend even more of this nonsense?

Your culture died the day heavenly retribution reigned down onto your people and destroyed the masses. Since then, you have been a war-like nation that broods over the thoughts of killing those 'Orenian dogs'. Neither would I ask for a puppet to be put on, I am simply implying that anyone would be better than your Grand Prince, for his administration has seen to the stigma that is now the 'Snelves'.

When you awake a sleeping giant, you will get obliterated as per common sense.

If you agree with the approved genocide of your race by a leader who seems to cling to a non-existent pride, so be it. Condemn yourself to a fate you have already chosen in your heart.

((Firstly, unless you live in or pass by Lindale, in RP and heard me speak, then you would have never been there and be able to comment. I would suggest editing your post accordingly. Secondly, you never signed your bird, leading me to believe it was sent by an Orenian lapdog in RP because of the content and writing style. I'm new and you are staff, why am I teaching you the rules?))

Cirdan Nenharma notes that we ended the war due to plague.  That point is invalid.  Also, we had no choice in the Sack of Lindale, because we were unable to decline the warclaim.

((Err, what? I said: "If one could reply". I am simply stating a reply if it was even possible. And I do not know why you are bringing up IC to OOC (lap dog). Regardless, if you still have issues with me drafting a potential reply to entertain the idea and give ideals across the board, please hit me up in PM so we can resolve this. Thanks.))
