Whitelist Problem?

I was accepted onto the server a long time ago. I was on for a short while, but then was turned into a Wandering Soul.

As you can see, I was accepted and supposedly whitelisted, but I can't get on. I'm still stuck as a Wandering Soul. If someone could fix that, that would be great.
