3 Caravels, each manned with 50 men. Each man has been trained since their teenage years in combat. Each ship also posses a group of 3 destruction mages that aid in ship to ship combat. A mounted ballista sits on the bow of each ship. Another 100 men man Japhet's Folly, the base of operations of the Blood Horkers. 
 
Allegiance (Stormcloak or Empire):
Neither. The Blood Horkers seek only to profit off the war and use the general chaos to conduct their raids with more efficiency playing on the loose ends of both sides.
