Have you ever roleplayed on a minecraft server before? If so, where?: - Yes. On a server named Lostboys. Where I roleplayed as a servant to a clans master.

How did you hear about us?: - A couple of friends have been talking about you guys for a while.

What do you think the server will be like? - I think I will enjoy it because it suits my roleplay style and has a friendly community from what I have heard.

Have you read and agreed to the rules?: - Yes.

What’s the rule you agree with the most?: - The rule that states no powergaming.

Do you understand combat rules, and what you can and can’t do if you do choose to roleplay as a villain?:- Yes. I have read and understand both sets of rules.

Are there any rule(s) that confuse you or don’t make sense?(If so maybe we can help clear it up! You will not be denied for having a question on the rules):- No there are not any rules that I don't understand. They are all pretty straight forward.

 

Definitions

 

These terms are a major part of the server and in a few of our rules. Please define them so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers or check on our wiki, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not those of another website or person!

 

What is roleplaying?: - To assume the identity of another by changing one's behaviour to match the subject's, usually for theatrical purposes or, in this case, entertainment. For example, a historical re-enactment of the Battle of the Somme, in World War 1.

 

What’s metagaming?: - Metagaming is when a player uses information or gained outside of the game, to gain an unfair advantage over other players in-game. For example, stealing a valuable item in-game without searching for it first, after a friend told you exactly where it was over a Skype call.

 

What’s powergaming?: - Powergaming is the unfair use of emotes or actions that cannot be prevented by other players in a roleplaying scenario, allowing a player to become unstoppable or overpowered. For example, having your character jump over a forty foot wall in RP.

Give us a highlight of their past, What life events make your character the person they are today? This is your character's biography. It is also required to include server lore when writing. (Names of towns, major server events, ect. Most lore can be found on our wiki.): - Born on the eigth of First Seed, in the year of 1431, Kihrok Bergara was destined for a life of military endeavors. However, destiny is not always absolute; some may choose to break free of its grasp, and for Kihrok, this happened to be the case. His family came from the Human settlement of Ard Kerrack in Anthos, and was comprised mostly of soldiers and mercenaries. He spent a large part of his childhood learning swordplay from his father, who learned the art from Kihrok’s grandfather, who was a member of The Order of the White Rose. He could also be frequently seen in taverns, as his mother was a barmaid, and took particular interest in the brewing and serving of all kinds of alcoholic beverages. His upbringing was relatively mundane; he received no formal education, divided his time between training with his father and helping around the local tavern with his mother, and doing odd jobs around town to scrounge up a little pocket change. This pattern continued until he was seventeen years old, at which point his father began to fall ill. Kihrok’s training sessions became less and less frequent as his father’s condition worsened over time, until they stopped completely. Over the duration of four months, Kihrok’s father contracted and lost his life to a severe case of Ki’katta. For the rest of his adolescence, Kihrok ceased training in the art of swordsmanship, and allocated all of his time to helping his mother at the local bar. His life was largely uneventful up until the fall of Anthos in 1457, when his house collapsed on top of his mother, claiming her life as well. There was no time for grievance, as Kihrok was forced to rush to the Cloud Temple and enter to The Fringe through the Doors of Eternity. Determined to keep the memory of his loving parents alive, he pursues mercenary work, and hopes to eventually open his own brewery using the money he makes from it.

 

What are they like? (personality): - Kihrok is a kind, generous person, as well as a diligent worker. He is also courageous and determined due to his line of work.

 

What are their ambitions?: - His ultimate goal is to settle down somewhere and use funds generated by mercenary work to open a brewery, which he intends to make famous.

 

Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): - His most notable skills are his ability to learn and adapt, as well his swordplay.

 

Give us a description of how they look?: - Kihrok wears black leather armor that has lost a bit of shade due to hours in the sun. He is fair skinned, with messy dark hair and icy blue eyes.
