Various colorful posters hang about the temple, advertising an auction taking place at the temple grounds:

 

~Mystery Auction~

The Monks are Auctioning off four different chests, two big ones an' two small ones. These chests are completely randomized and are filled with salvage items and other loot. The chests are pictured below and the bidding is listed next to them:

 

Auction Chest 1 ((double)) Current Bid: 7,000 ((hobolympic))

Auction Chest 2 ((double)) Current Bid: 2,000 ((hobolympic))

Auction Chest 3 ((single)) 1,500 ((hobolympic))

Auction Chest 4 ((single)) 2,200 mina ((hobolympic))

 

The bidding will close in 3 Elven days, an' the chests will go to the highest bidder. Good Luck!

"300 for the second chest!" Odin bellows over the crowd.

Vedorus steps up, curious. Enticed by the mystery he rumbles through his pockets, looking for loose change.

He finds some, counts it and smiles satisfied. He jumps up.

 

"150 mina for the fourth chest, please, kind man!"

 

Vedorus goes back to sit down, having both his hands resting on his walking cane, patient for following bids.

*Odin glares at Ahern before placing his next bid.

 

"400 for the second chest!"

((Watch them be rinky dinky items, and what if we move to the next map before then? Will we be able to keep the items if we move over to 4.0? ))

 

*A Dwarf with hammer and apron approaches the cloud temple, stands at the back of the crowd unable to see anything but shouts " 300 f'r teh thurd ches' 'n 300 f'r teh furth ches', an' 600 f'r teh the secun' ches'!" raising his arm up as high as he can, still probably unnoticed*

Arveldir retrieves a box for the dwarf to stand on so his bids are noticed, nodding to him before looking to the auction, "650 for the second chest." he calls as he holds up an arm.

Kaelia squeals happily behind arveldir "Five hundred on the third and fourth chest!"

*Looks at the other man who rose from his seat making a bet for the chests he had his eyes on and stands up once more raising his hammer "600 f'r teh 3'rd an' 4th ches'!" he bellows as he sits back down and stares down at Kaelia.

Kaelia pouts raising her hand again "Six-fifty for the third and fourth!" she smirks over to the dwarf waiting for his next move.

*Furrows his brows, raises his hammer and bellows "700!" with a dramatic pause "F'r each, teh 2nd, teh 3rd, an' teh 4th!"
