She has blonde hair and brown eyes. :) Her new dress needs to be black with gold lacing. (Chivay colors, woo) Annnd I'd love a crown of sorts on her head. I can pay 6k minas or I can do some art for you! Just look for my post in the graphics sub-board for examples. Either payment option is fine. Also, the Empress of Oren will be wearing your skin so. ;) Y'know. This is... sorta a contest, I guess. The skin I like best will win/get the prize so knock yourselves out! It's totally up to you(for the dress, I mean). You can do one or both or whatever you feel like doing. :) And as for the eyes, they're normally two in height+the whole eyelash thing but I've always liked one in height as well so idk.
