(Simply)
Dwarves fulfill quota, if so they get armor and weapons

•dwarves seeking armor and weapons must fulfill a quota.
•if the quota is met said dwarf will be put on the que for Armor and weapons.
•no exceptions besides the Grand King.
•Smiths & Leatherworkers in charge of making armor and weapons, and keeping the que up-to-date.
•Every dwarf who comes to the city in want of armor will be given a chest to put the quota in.

Mining quota is 64 iron ore, 8 coal.

Lumberjack quota is 3 stacks of spruce logs and 2 oak.

Breeder quota is 64 leather and atleast 32 of any meat (preferably pork).

Farmers quota is 2 stacks of wheat, carrots or baked potatoes.

Fisherman's quota is 64 fish of any type besides clownfish and pufferfish.

Also don't cook pork until it's needed on the spot as it does not spoil when raw, same with dough-bread




((This is part of a system I thought of for 4.0, one difference is no quota no house and plenty of other things, so what's a better time to test this out then now?))
