Supremacy 3361 Share Posted July 17, 2014 The draught which plagued the lands of the Fringe intensified as the nations became increasingly aware of some ancient force which stirred in the world around them. Their minds filled with words which were repeated until all the descendants would remember them until their grave: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4iPqyfChWIE&feature=youtu.be [CrayfishChris, Roboduck and Z3r05t4r] Beyond the shattered realm their Descendants stumble Fate not altered, time hath fumbled. After a time of Draakar's ire Cover the fringe, torrid winds and fire. Traverse the the maker's mark and seek The truth the ancestors beseech. As time passed this eldritch heat slowly built. And soon it became so that even as the druids and Moon Priests healed the land, it seemed that more was blighted by the all consuming heat every second. The forests began to burn and the water boiled away. Then came the fall of Vekaro by nightfall, the heat seemingly unceasing despite the sun's setting. It lit suddenly ablaze and by the dawning of the sun it was little more than ashes. [DanielWatcher] So too followed the other constructs of wood in this realm... Reduced to ash. The stone buildings of Tahn'siol rendered uninhabitable by the intense heat. The sands of Krugmar burning through the very footwear of the proud uruk who stood there. This realm was forsaken. Just as all hope seemed lost, salvation was heralded by a bright flash of crimson light which lifted into the sky from the portal within the cloud temple. The seals placed upon it by the descendants seemingly instantly blown away. Suddenly the minds of the descendants were filled with the final line of the prophecy once more and then silence. Traverse the the maker's mark and seek And so the descendants departed the wretched realm. Uneasily entering the portal without knowing its destination for had they not: The fire and wicked heat seemingly would have soon torn the very life from them.

Samson Option 9652 Share Posted July 17, 2014 The poem confuses me, perhaps because the two 'the' and the namedrop of one of my kinfolk's favorite liquors and I already traverse Kentucky where the bourbon is made so...
