In the town of Severski, a note hangs from a wall. It reads:

*A man leans on the message board with his arms crossed, a cowl drapes from his shoulders. His face is hidden behind a strong looking helmet, the only opening looking into blackness where his eyes would be. In one of his hands is a scrap of parchment, slightly crumpled by the man's grip. As you approach he gives you a slight nod, pushes off from the wall and holds the parchment out in front of him. It reads . . .
