Can We Get A New 4.0 Update?

Shift, when 4.0 was said to come out at the start of June I was happy. Perfect time! Then it got delayed again and again. The problem here is that you are too nice. You give a deadline and when it isn't met you extend it. No. You launch without that feature and on the announcement you let everyone know exactly who failed to meet their job.

That's one way to do it, I'll give you that - but from the beginning I thought we made ourselves clear that we would take as long as necessary when making this new map. [There's quite a few people encouraging that idea in those threads aswell!]

In my updates I gave dates that I would've liked to meet but things come up when everyone who "works" here is a volunteer, receives no pay and isn't in an office building. We take a lot of heat for our choices and after having last month be one of the best months in years in terms of donations I think we must be doing something right.

Expect the final 4.0 update from me, early next week and thank you for the concern. [Really, you wouldn't be so concerned if you didn't love LoTC and that's a good thing]
