I heard about you from a friend that is playing here.

 

What do you think the server will be like?:

I think it will be funny and interesting to play on here, especially with my friends. I think it will be the best Minecraft RP experience I could possibly get, that is why I apply.

What’s the rule you agree with the most?:

The rule I agree with the most with is the rule that says you have to use a roleplay friendly skin. It would destroy the atmosphere if there would be a batman jumping around in a legendary war, even though that might be a rather simple choice but it's essential.

 

Do you understand combat rules, and what you can and can’t do if you do choose to roleplay as a villain?:

Definitions

 

These terms are a major part of the server and in a few of our rules. Please define them so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. What is roleplaying?:

Roleplay is when a player slips into the role of his ficitonal character and pretends to be said character in a ficional environment, therefore speaking and acting like he naturaly would. Basically, the player becomes another person in a way, depending to the extend of RP.

 

What’s metagaming?:

Metagaming is when you use OOC information while playing your Character IC. Like watching someone you are looking for writing in the global OOC chat and finding out where they are followed by you going there IC and confronting them.

 

What’s powergaming?:

Powergaming is when you do things that your Character couldn't do or could not do so easily. 

Example: „A hits through the shield of B and kills him with his unstoppable attack“ B would have no chance to avoid death and you would destroy his shield and armor with one hit which is impossible.

Another example could also be carrying around an entire forest of logs, which your character should not be able to do.

Give us a highlight of their past, What life events make your character the person they are today? This is your character's biography. It is also required to include server lore when writing. (Names of towns, major server events, ect. Most lore can be found on our wiki.):

 

Virssagon was born into a farmer family that was leading a simple life in the outskirts of Leumalin. He had to work on the fields since he was a child but as he grew older the easy life of a farmer wasnt enough for him, most likely due to his pride and the humiliation of seeing so many others of his race leading far more glamorous lives. 

Some day, he began going to the city, where he eventually began stealing food and other small things, but soon became more and more ambitious and began stealing even valuable things like the wallets of richer people. He started to increase his pickpocket skills and he hoarded a little fortune of stolen things into an abandon barn, which was owned by his father.

Someday his father went into the barn without Virssagon expecting him to and saw what his son was doing when he didn't have to work on the farm. He was so disappointed and angry that he called the guards. The son however, foolishly prideful as he was, attempted to fight the two guards that were send out to bring him into jail and barely survived. He ran away heavily wounded and eventually managed to escape but spent a long time, thinking about how he could actually make something out of himself.

During and after the fall of Anthos, he made multiple attempts to make an advantage of the general commotion and become a richer man or find a respected and well payed occupation, but until this day, people still look down on the dirty and shaby Virssagon, each pittying look making him a bit more furious about his situation.

 

What are they like? (personality):

Virssagon is a rather tough and raw Dark Elf, which generally comes from the hard work on the fields and his grim anger. He is very serious and laughs almost never, which might also be a reason why hardly anyone likes him. Even though he was originally trying to avoid hard work if possible, only working on the fields because his father forced him to, he became more and more ambitious because of his will to get out of his current situation.

 

What are their ambitions?:

He wants to become wealthy and respected, simple as that. It does not mean he's an entirely evil person, but that is mostly due to the fact that he wants to be respected and brutal criminals rarely get any respect.

 

Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both):

He is sneaky and can climb rather well, because that's what he was mostly doing in his free time during his childhood. His pickpocket skills are good and he can run fast. He is weak if it comes to open battles and fights, since he lacks training and experience for that.

 

Give us a description of how they look?:

He always wears a coat with a hood deep into his face, if he does not want his face to be exposed to the, mostly pittying, looks of strangers. He has medium long white hair. He also wears leather gloves over his rough hands and his shabby, dark clothes make his actually not all too weak and rather athletic body look far weaker than it is.
