[Bug] Kicked Users And Regions

((probably been stated before but this needs to be fixed ASAP))

Nature of the bug: On a town pillar, if you kick someone from it, they still have ability to build and destroy on your land. Doesnt seem to be a big issue unless you are kicking people who are constantly building/breaking things despite being told not to.

First occurrence: no error messages. Can show you directly in game

Describe exactly all the actions you took leading up to the bug: I removed gwonam_blaze from my town pillar, had him and tjt test out if they could build. Tjt couldnt, gwon could. I added tjt, he could build once added. removed both from the pillar again, both could still build.

What messages are/aren't you getting that you would/wouldn't get normally : no messages

Frequency of occurrence: very frequent

Your region only becomes protected four days after you placed the pillar, provided you meet the activity requirement.

It is currently protected, however when you kick people from said protected region, they can still place blocks, those who arent cant. Yet once added, they can even when kicked

are you also sure they don't have a passport (that allows building too)

no passport.

TJT had no passports or citizenship when he first tried blocks and couldnt.

Had him join the town then kicked him off.

He could still place blocks. If you wish you can come see in game with me

Is this getting looked into? It is a bug I have tested out and can show people easily.
