[Req] Evil Dark Elf Mage Skin

So, I recently decided to make a new persona and delve into the Magical arts. Found a teacher, did my research, but now I need a skin to go with it. I already tried my hand at making a skin, it turned out.... badly, to say the least. Now I am requesting a new skin. I will pay between 50-100 Minas, based on the quality of the skin (However I don't have high standards :P). 

 

Here is the skin I made, it shows a rough idea of what I was going for.

Now here is a reference picture. The only part of the reference picture I care about are the robes.

For the skin itself, I'd like it to be a Dark Elf, with dark red eyes. The cloak in the reference picture would be desired on the skin as well. If you come up with a skin pm me, and we can discuss payment.
