The sun rises over the mountains of Thahn, bathing the city nestled between its peaks with its light. Small figures, clad in garments of orange a grey are seen running through the city. Pinning up notices and handing over hefty scrolls to finely garbed dwarves. Upon further inspection one would notice, the finely printed letters on these scrolls that have been distributed throughout the Kingdom, it reads:

Greetings fellow kinsman of Urguan,

With the recent turmoil within the Kingdom, I’ve seen fit to summon the thane’s council to discuss important matters. The meeting will be held in two stone days ((Friday 29th 5pm EST)), if a Thane is unable to attend he must appoint a representative in his place. If you have any matters you would like to be brought up, please bring them up to your Clan Thane or to myself. Remember, at the end of the day the thane’s council and myself are there to represent the people. I can’t promise I will implement every idea or react to every complaint addressed towards me, I am but one dwarf after all. But I can promise to listen, this I swear upon the name of my father, Paragon Kjell Ireheart.

The following matters shall be discussed during the meeting:

The Clans decision on who shall be High Prophet – Recently there has been a divide in the Clergy. With accusations flowing from both sides, it has fallen on the Thanes Council who represent the people to decide. The vote shall be on the removal of Lori Ireheart from his position of High Prophet. If he is removed he shall be replaced with Kazraden Starbreaker. If not, he shall keep his position and the opposing party must drop their accusations.
 The Clans decision on who shall represent them as Arbiter – In recent days complaints have risen in response to Lathros Irongrinders handling of his position. Some claim negligence whilst others that rather than representing the Clans, he represents his own group. If he is removed, another vote shall take place to decide on who shall replace him, either immediately afterwards or in another thanes meeting.
The Clans discussion on matters of Economy – Due to complaints arising on the apparent failure of the current system the clans shall convene and discuss on how to improve our economy. This may be through appointing a council to deal with the matter, or merely collecting ideas on how to improve it.
A discussion of matters in which the Clans feel are important - With the recent turmoil and unrest within the Kingdom, the Grand King asks that the Clan Thanes talk to members of their clan prior to this and bring forth their concerns for matters within the Kingdom. Be it from corruption within the government, or the fear of unjust accusations against them.      

An Open Forum – This may be delayed for the next thane meeting, if matters drag on. Simply put, it is a chance for Dwarves, who feel that their clan has not brought up their concerns to voice it. Do not bring up accusations without evidence, for it will simply be ignored. If it becomes overly rowdy or the King must depart it shall immediately end. The Thanes can appoint a representative for this part if they must leave.
