In various cities, notes are posted on the boards, and also lone poles in the middle of empty streets. The paper doesn't seem to be very high quality, and the ink blobs up after certain strokes. It reads.

I am writing with the intention of buying various texts on things from mana, to simple arcane categorization and even tomes about druidism. I am looking to expand a local library, hence if I can acquire these texts, it shall rapidly expand. I am willing to pay for books, or just for the simple original manuscript so I can transcribe the books myself to the library. I shall also pay for these texts.
