Lima 774 Share Posted September 29, 2014 So, basically every new dwarf we get applies with the same skin. I feel the AT don't recognize that the same skin is used every time. See a dwarf app go up, see a skin used a lot, offer to MAKE THEM a skin It is not the AT's job to complain that they are using a generic dwarf. The only thing we check for in a skin is A) Its proper lore wise and for the race/sub race B) Its not a copyright character such as honeydew, legolas, link, ect. Other than that, yes, we need more diversity with skins. Edit @Jade What is with that form of hostility towards Lima in that post? You make it sound like he is incompetent and you are on a high horse. Please, try to not talk down upon him like that, he is a person too. Also, he isn't exactly upset, he is just concerned over your looking over dwarf applications and the amount of same skins that are implemented. MamaBearJade 2090 Share Posted September 29, 2014 I have no hostility in the post, the amount of PMs and Skins I see daily makes it so honestly i see the same exact dark elf skin (with minor changes) or the same exact high elf skin (seen a lot of them) AT do a lot as it is, a minor problem such as "these skins look similar to these skins" is not really going to be that high. I direct people to Planetminecraft to our project wandering skin, heck I even have offered to make skins for people who applied with neko girls I apologize if my post seems "hostile", its 6 am, and i am not fully awake Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

This can go for all races if this is brought up. They do not have to post in those threads, but you can easily and quickly set up a skin for new players on the spot for them to use and tell them to use this skin since it was made just for them? Why not just create a huge gallery for skins and you can link that to applications, even if their skins arent familiar or have their own, that way, people can browse many of the skins we have ourselves? That would be a nice addition, and people won't have to scour for pre-made skins and they can have a looksie at some of the skins some people made on this server?
