If this picture could be recreated to be a coloured skin then that is exactly what I'd want. A few notes to add is that there should be electrical sparks and the like on the skin, one detail I'd very much like is sparks from the eye sockets, it's edgy as fawk and I like it. Maybe some sparks on the claws and spine, whatever. Add stitches and stuff for that extra freaky vibe.
