 Notes are posted on notice boards around Athera, all of them hand written, and only legible. The notes are torn off of separate sheets with uneven sides. The notes all read:

 

"Hello, hello! I am proud to present myself! I am Jacob, your good ol' Jester. However, it seems that you people of Athera haven't seen good humor since Aegis! I'm bringin' it back, youcan hire me for parties, or if you're royalty or a noble, I'll hang in yer house and be your own personal Jester! Now wouldn't that be great? Oh, and if you have kids, I'll keep it appropriate and make 'em laugh there arses-- or bottoms, off! But the good deal simply doesn't end! I only charge 50 minas an elven week! How could you not take advantage of this? But please note, if you want me to be a live in Jester, I do request that you provide me with some food. But, if you are hirin' me for an event of some sort, I'll charge a certain amount depending on the largeness and magnitude of the event. So, yeah. Contact me by placin' a note below tellin' me where you live and such, live in or event, blah, blah, blah. Oh and by the way, the price for live in with food is knocked down to 40 minas with the food. Let me know if you are interested. Thank you, my friends."

 Jacob receives the envelope, carefully peeling off the seal. As he opens the professional looking letter, he reads it over several times. After processing the information and struggling with the large words, he grins widely and gets very excited. He runs off.
