[Gm/admin Help] Vip Account Transfer Support

This is some support to either GM's or Admins, majority to the admins. As I have been trying to contact some GM and Admin for the past month, I decided upon no reply from the admins and a few from GM's to contact admins, I have finally just decided to create a topic.

Though the donation went through on the 6/11/2014

The VIP transferred to the wrong account it was supposed to go in. When I donated with Tythus's assistance it was supposed to of went through the account "Aegis_Monk" when upon my log in, it transferred to my account "ttwesten". I have not used the account "ttwesten" for many months and you can check the log-check of the VIP usage you would see none. 

 

Is it possible for the VIP to be transferred to the account "Aegis_Monk",
