It is this day, on the 13th of the Amber Cold, 148, that we formally recognize the reinstatement of Sillumir Braxus Ni'leya into active duty. May the enemies of Silver remember this day - you may cut away a part of Silver, and separate it from the main body, but Silver it still remains. The is the life of a fragment of Silver - we may be separated from our kin, and we may live as fragments split from the greater group, but we will from now until the ends of time retain our purity. This is the command of Silver - may Braxus' story, and the lessons taught, be remembered by generation upon generation of all whom would take heed.
