    How did you find out about Lord of the Craft? I found out about the Lord of the Craft from my friend who was searching for a new RPG server.

What is metagaming?: Metagaming is when a character does something based on the players knowledge not the characters.

 

What is powergaming?:  Power gaming is when someone makes there character doe something that would be unrealistically possible for their characters benefit. ex.power gamer, "I have a magical laser that can kill anyone" other powergamer," I have a laser shield that protects againts lasers." 1st power gamer," Well my laser goes through your laser shield."

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Telchar was born in Kal’azgoth on the 19th day of the 3rd Fortday of the 1442nd year.  His family was of the doomforge clan. He failed to pass the placement exam because he couldn't read. The family was afraid for there childs mind and took him to see an elf physician who diagnosed him with dyslexia.He grew up a burly young dwarf who would always party a bit too hard.His parents tried to enroll him in one of the most prestigous dwarven shcools. This all changed when he was 15. He went to a party and had just a bit too much ale. He went on a wild rampage through Kal’azgoth. When he got to his house, his mother, Tenche, tried to calm him down. He looked at her and saw a horribly ugly Goblin telling him to stop what he was doing. He grabbed his late father’s first pickaxe and swung it at the goblins head lodging it firmly in. His mother fell to the ground bleeding profusely. Telchar then ran into the mountains to hide from the goblins. The next morning he was confused why was he in the mountains. When he got back to his house he found his mother dead on the floor with the bejeweled  pickaxe in her head. He suddenly remembered what happened the night before and collapsed weeping on top of his mother's dead corpse. The next day he went to the cemetery officials and asked to have his mother buried.  They gave him a price, but unsurprisingly he could not afford even the cheapest of burials for his mother. So he went deep into the mountains and spent many days making his mother’s grave by himself.

   

Soon after this Grand King Thorin Grandaxe broke our alliance with the Holy Oren Empire. Telchar saw many recruiters combing the streets of Kal ’Azgoth looking for dwarves to draft into the empire’s army. In order to make a living, Telchar had started up a small lumber business. One of the many recruiters had been watching him cutting down trees and saw great form and great power. The recruiter came up to him and asked If he would like to join the Dwarven military. Telchar asked what was in it for him, the recruiter said  he would  get three meals a day of hearty bread and juicy beef along with some roasted carrots and 1050 minas at the end of  each tour of duty, and all we ask of you is to fight for the glory of the dwarven empire. Telchar signed up and was told to report with all of his noteworthy belongings at the government building in a Fortday. He arrived a day before with a tankard of ale, one of his finest axes, and his fathers pickaxe. They took the pickaxe and put it into a large vault under his name. the officials told him to go to the military camp outside the city walls and get a tent and his meal.  He was to be in the 3rd squadron of a quick response group. During his training it was soon realised that he was an amazingly strong axeman being able to cleave a dummies head off with one great swing. It was only a fortday away from departure for the Holy Oren empire when He was told the war was over. He went back to his business of lumber. After a few years He heard news of a flood sweeping through Anthos. He gathered his few belongings and went with everyone else from Kal’azgoth to the Fringe where they went to Athera.

When he got to the land of Athera he settled in the town of Kal’agnar. With very few of his previous clients in Kal’agnar and not bothering to get new customers he started roaming inns and taverns as an adventurer looking for jobs that needed to be done.

Ambitions:Feels he needs to do good to make up for the mistakes  he made as a young dwarf.

 

Strengths/Talents: knows how to chop down a tree efficiently, good with axes

 

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Gets drunk easily,clumsy,dyslexic
