Uknown Host Issue

Hello,i started having this issue yesterday and cannot connect to the server due to the Unkown host error. These are the fix's i have tried and none have worked.1. Trying all LOTC IP's: mc.lotc.co, mc.lordofthecraft.net, and login.lordofthecraft.net. 2.Changing from 1.7.10, to 1.7.9 although this should make no diffrence. 3. using the Hotspot Shield Program. 4. changing my internets ip's. 5. restarting my computer.

 

If anyone could help me, it would be realy appreasiated as i havent played in little over a month. Also, before and Admins ask me to look at other posts in this catagory, that is where i got most of these fix's from.

I might have tried this if it was updated for windows 8.2. But mainly i dont want to do something to my internet that makes it crash and more vunerable to virus's.

What I have to do sometimes is turn off my firewall as I try to connect, then just enable when I get in the server, or simply just try flushing your modem, or restarting your computer.

Alright, so i found out what was keeping me from playing on the server. This may also help people who are having the same issue.

I fixed the problem by making sure i had a 64-bit java, and thankfully i did because i was running a 32-bit java on my 64-bit windows.
