What’s the rule you agree with the most?: I don't have a specific favorite, but I most appreciate the rules about combat for this server. Many RP servers I have been on don't have such Guidelines, and that makes it hard for me to have a good rp.

Are there any rule(s) that confuse you or don’t make sense?(If so we can help clear it up! You will not be denied for having a question on the rules): No, I know, and understand all the rules. They are fairly straight forward.

How did you find out about Lord of the Craft? A friend from a previous rp server told me about this one when he was searching for a new server.

What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is a type of game or concept where a person (the player) takes up a job, or role, in the game play of the game.

What is metagaming?:Metagaming is the act of using Information that was learned OOC in the IC roleplay, or vice versa, when IC information is used OOC.

What is powergaming?:A person could be called a powergamer if they make an action to/ against another player, and then say that their action was successful without the other player having any option to re-act in their own way. A person could be considered a powergamer to if they force others into roleplay situations they do not want to do.

Character’s name: Jacob Hamerfel

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): 

      My character's name is Jacob Hamerfel. He has an older brother named Tristan Hamerfel (cocoserial). Jacob never met his father. His dad left just before he was born (in 1469) to search for a job, and a few months later joined the Holy Oren Empire's military as an imperial archer. The income from this job wasn't much, so Jacob's mother had to work as well as a housemaid and cook. Jacob was born in Hanseti, but because work was scarce, their family moved around frequently to many other small townships. This moving around meant that jacob always had to make new friends, so now it is easy for him to make friends.Jacob's father was killed in a riot at the beginning of the  rebellion of 1481, when Jacob was just turning 12.

      Jacob is now 19, while his older brother Tristan is now 26. Tristan is thus 7 years older than Jacob, and Jacob used to look up to Tristan when he was young, and still does. When Jacob was young, seeing as how he had no other fatherly figure than his older brother, Jacob would always follow Tristan and do what he did. Tristan never paid much attention to Jacob, and would go off on adventures with friends, and leave Jacob at home. Because of this... Jacob is slightly more solemner then Tristan, and doesn't mind being alone.

      Jacob spent most of that time reading, and thus has grown in the areas of vocabulary and through reading and distinguishing characters, has also become good a reading people and judging their intentions.

     It has been almost seven years since Tristan left home, and Jacob, finally, is going to be able to go after his brother and once again reunite with him, sharing in his adventures and learning from him.

 

Personality Traits: Solemner person (can be happy, but never fully content), Likes to read and imagine

Ambitions: To become good friends with Tristan, and to finally have Tristan's respect and brotherly affection

Strengths/Talents: good reader and a good judge of people's motives and character, friendly

Weaknesses/Inabilities: not strong or fast, cracks under pressure, can't relax ( always tense), generally clumsy and can be emotionally unstable at times (i.e.: go from really happy to very sad, or from sad to angry)
