I am looking to acquire a banner for a new High Elven nation I plan to conduct in the near future.

 

I'd like it to be a combination of white and blue colors, with the main symbol being a star of the Sul'thill family. I shall leave the rest to the creativity of the potential creator.

i'm not really too good with this sort of thing, you didn't go into much detail or explain how much detail you wanted in the banner, therefore I assumed you meant like a traditional banner. anyway, here's my attempt

Yes, I didn't go really into detail that much, so I'll try to sort of give an idea.

Like this style (Less detailed), but more like the Haelun'or or Laureh'lin banners used in all official posts.
